Can you explain your role at Alert Enterprise, and what it involves?
I am responsible for overseeing AlertEnterprise’s global marketing and communications strategy and building brand awareness, pipeline growth and market expansion worldwide. I joined Alert Enterprise in 2019 after more than 15 years of successful sales, product, and marketing experience establishing a heightened presence of global brands in the physical security industry.
Tell us about your work with PACOM
Alert Enterprise and PACOM have several mutual large financial services customers across the globe who have been excited to see a continued integration and deeper partnership between our two companies. As a platform that unifies, automates and adds AI-powered insights to physical access control systems, Alert Enterprise Guardian’s integration with PACOM VIGIL CORE will provide tremendous value to our customers, creating increased “stickiness” and opening up new use cases.
What innovations in security technology are you most excited about?
At Alert Enterprise, we are particularly excited about the integration of mobile credentials with our Guardian physical identity and access management (PIAM) cloud platform in conjunction with PACOM’s VIGIL CORE physical access control system. This innovation is transforming how large enterprises, including those in financial services, healthcare, and other regulated industries, manage and secure their environments.
How do you see AI and data analytics augmenting security technology?
Generative AI and data analytics are set to revolutionize the field of physical security technology by bringing unprecedented levels of automation and intelligence. At Alert Enterprise, we can utilize advanced Gen-AI algorithms and the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) to sift through large volumes of physical access data. This not only enhances the efficiency of monitoring and managing access points but also identifies patterns and anomalies that might indicate security risks.
Additionally, data analytics provide a comprehensive view of security operations, enabling organizations to optimize their security strategies. By understanding trends and behaviors in physical access, enterprises can make informed decisions about resource allocation, policy adjustments, and overall security posture.
